Do I need to speak Georgian?
No. All salons marked with "English-speaking" have staff who speak English. Russian is also widely spoken in Tbilisi.
How do I find the salon?
Every confirmation email includes the exact address, a Google Maps link, and the salon phone number. You can also open the address in your maps app with one tap.
Can I reschedule instead of cancelling?
Yes — contact us via WhatsApp or email at least 24 hours before your appointment and we will reschedule you free of charge, subject to availability.
What if I am late?
Please call the salon directly (number in your confirmation email). Salons usually hold your slot for 15 minutes. After that, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
Is tipping expected?
Tipping is appreciated but not required. 5–10% is a common tip in Tbilisi if you are happy with the service.
Do you offer deals outside Tbilisi?
Currently we focus on Tbilisi. Batumi and other cities are coming soon.
